Who Are we?

SailTek supplies Ronstan Hardware, Blocks and Traveller systems, Deck Hardware, Andersen Winches, Constrictor Rope clutches and Batten Cars (formerly Frederiksen) for fully batten mainsails and soft sails.

It is an official distributor in the UK and Ireland for Ronstan Batten and Ballslide systems as well as Constrictor Rope Clutches.

The patented Ronstan Ballslide system uses the existing luff groove of the mast, so that no track needs to be installed. Ballslide cars have captive bearings for free running performance and can be easily loaded / unloaded from the mast when fitting or removing the mainsail.

SailTek hardware is used by the professionals, used by the majority of boats in Volvo and Vendee Globe races.
