Prices

All Prices are in UK Pounds and exclude VAT. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but reserve the right to change before you place an order. Prices exclude the delivery charges which are dependent on the size of the order and the destination.

Privacy

SailTek Ltd does not hold financial details of its customers.

Product Description

SailTek attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SailTek does not warrant that product descriptions accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by SailTek is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Delivery

SailTek aim to process your order as soon as possible, generally we process orders placed on a working day before 2 working days aftertwards. However during busy periods your order may not be processed until 3-4 working days from receipt of order.
Where possible we offer an express delivery service (TNT) where an order received by 1200hrs on a working day, we will process the order that day and ship on the next working day. Minimum postage charge for small articles sent with Royal Mail is £1.50.

Cancellation period

Customers have the right to cancel any order for stock items up to 7days after the day the goods were delivered, the customer is responsible for returning the goods to SailTek before repayment can be made, SailTek will refund the cost of the goods (not any postage) within 30 days of cancellation, providing the goods have been returned unused, undamaged and fit for re-sale. SailTek reserve the right to charge a handling charge.

Returns Policy

All returned goods must be accompanied with a note explaining the reason for return. SailTek do not accept any responsibility for paying the costs involved in returning goods. The costs incurred in sending unwanted goods back to SailTek are the responsibility of the customer, we also advise proof of paostage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit and ask that original packaging is returned. All SailTek products can be returned to us for an exchange or refund if they are in as-sold condition and in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to return and item and it is outside the 7 day period, you have up to three months to send the goods back to us for an exchange. Returns goods are inspected and replacements, exchanges or refunds are carried out within 7working days and replacement goods are subject to availability.

Faulty Products

If you believe a product of ours to be faulty from the point of sale you have 3 weeks to reject the product. The item must be in unused condition and with proof that the product has a manufacturing fault that was present at the point of sale. It is our decision as to how we deal with the fault, be it discount off an identical product or in-house repair, the customer will be informed via email or telephone as to our decision.

SailTek’s Product Guarantee

All products have their normal manufacturers warranty.

Stock Levels

All of our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, if refunds have been debited, they will be refunded back to the source of payment.
